Chris Capes
Development Director
Chris took up his position in June 2021 with over 20 years’ experience working in regeneration and property development, with projects including key public realm and waterfront regeneration schemes.
As Development Director, Chris leads the Liverpool Waters team and works with key external stakeholders to deliver the entire scheme in line with the consented masterplan.
Chris Foran
Senior Project Manager
Chris has worked for Peel for a total of 10 years, working on a wide range of construction projects across Peel’s retail and commercial portfolio, with an impressive track record in building surveying and project management.
As Senior Project Manager, Chris is focused on managing project teams and coordinating the delivery of major project development across Liverpool Waters.
Liza Marco
Asset Manager
The longest standing member of the team, Liza oversees all lettings and the management of the portfolio of Peel Water's assets in Liverpool Waters including commercial, residential, car parking, industrial, retail and leisure.
Working with customers onsite, Liza is dedicated to boosting the thriving neighbourhoods of Liverpool Waters, including organising a wide variety of events and activities.
