VAST VISIBILITY ACCELERATE GROWTH PLANS AFTER SIGNING NEW LEASE AT LIVERPOOL WATERS

Vast Visibility, an insurance comparison technology provider, is expanding their presence at Liverpool Waters after signing a new lease at No.8 Princes Dock. Vast Visibility software powers a number of insurance brands including The Bike Insurer, The Van Insurer, Confused.com and Auto Trader.

The company is increasing its headcount after a successful period of growth and has signed a new five-year lease at No.8 Princes Dock, taking the amount of floor space it will be occupying from 3,200 sqft to 5,500 sqft.

The past 12 months has been very busy at Liverpool Waters as a series of new tenants have joined the growing business community at the waterfront destination. Global insurance broker Griffiths and Armour secured 18,000 sqft of space in No.12 Princes Dock earlier in the year before wealth management firm Elite Synergy and legal services provider Pure Business Group signed ten year leases also at No. 8 Princes Dock. Bean Coffee also recently opened a new concept shop called The Store, with an emphasis on local produce and artisan goods.

Over 2,500 people are currently employed at Princes Dock and that number looks set to increase further as construction work begins on new developments. Three new residential buildings within Princes Dock, Plaza 1821, The Lexington and Hive City Docks, have all secured planning permission with construction of Plaza 1821 starting last month.

Jon Morrell, CEO at Vast Visibility said:

“We’ve gone from strength to strength over the last few years and we’re now looking to add to our expert team. Our focus is always on delivering for our customers, and extending our lease as well as increasing our office space will enable us to help even more people get the best value for money on their insurance as well as offering our team a central, waterfront location to work.”

Liza Marco, asset manager at Liverpool Waters, said:

“The past 12 months has been incredibly busy as a host of new businesses have chosen to locate themselves at Liverpool Waters taking advantage of the excellent facilities and its unique waterfront destination in Liverpool. In addition to this, it is always great to see one of our existing tenants scale up their operations and commit to their future of at Liverpool Waters and we’re delighted that Vast Visibility with be with us for many years to come.”
