THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
With more than 185,860 sq.m. of mixed-use floor space, including over 1,000 new waterfront apartments in buildings up to 44 storeys high, Central Docks will form the primary business, entertainment and leisure district of Liverpool Waters.
Already a popular event location, having hosted major events such as Sound City and Creamfields Steelyard, Central Docks will also be home to a new cultural hub dedicated to Liverpool’s unrivalled cultural heritage and a new Isle of Man Ferry Terminal and Embassy. All of these new spaces will benefit from a public park and stunning views of the River Mersey.
