Clarence Docks will become a community of up to 3,000 homes. Developments in this neighbourhood will benefit from outline planning permission for up to 5,000 sq.m. of retail space and 8,000 sq.m. of restaurants and bars; in addition to 2,000 sq.m. of office space and 3,200 parking spaces.
