LIVE EVENTS AND A CULTURAL HUB
Already a popular event location, having hosted major events such as Sound City and Creamfields Steelyard, Central Docks will also be home to a new cultural hub dedicated to Liverpool's unrivalled cultural heritage.

Two new residential schemes, Quay Central and Park Central, are already complete and offer a total of 237 apartments, retail and amenity space.
WHAT'S NEXT
The new Isle of Man Ferry Terminal is now onsite and due to be completed in 2022. A new road has been completed that will service the new terminal, and also open up the docks and the rest of the neighbourhood and connect to wider Liverpool Waters. Overall, Central Docks will provide more homes, office space, bars and restaurants, and a breath taking new public park – all framed by stunning views of the River Mersey.
