Liverpool Waters will host an array of Irish musicians this St. Patrick’s Day as part of Liverpool BID’s Must-See Month.

The event, which will take place from 11am – 2pm on Monday 17th March, will be held outside at Liverpool Waters’ Dockside venue, by the white bridge in Princes Dock. It is free to attend.

The musicians, all from Liverpool, will play a range of music to suit all tastes.

Joining us will be…

Naomi Campbell (performing 11am – 11.45am)

With a soulful blend of storytelling and melody, Naomi Campbell combines a hybrid of genres in her music, from her Irish Folk roots to a wider Soul and R&B sound.

After moving to Liverpool in 2014 Naomi joined three-part harmony outfit Motel Sundown before launching her solo career in 2024, supporting Chris Helme (The Seahorses), John Calvin Abney, Campbell/Jensen, and Muireann Bradley.

Naomi’s latest release ‘Don’t You Mind’ was released in November 2024. A live version followed, recorded at the world-renowned Sun Studio in Memphis, in September 2023.

Naomi is set to release her next single, Remembering in Spring 2025.

Seafoam Green (performing 12pm – 12:45pm)

Dave and Muireann are Seafoam Green, a Rock & Roots band from Ireland signed to Rekognition Sound. Their most recent single release ‘Pack The Weight’ features Ronnie Wood of The Faces/Rolling Stones.

Saltcutters (performing 1pm – 1:45pm)

Mikey Kenney (fiddle) and Christopher Lynn (guitar) of Liverpool’s celebrated traditional dance band ‘Saltcutters’ will be performing a set of Irish dance tunes.

Saltcutters were formed out of the thriving traditional Irish music scene in Liverpool. Originally established as a Céilí dance band they’ve since gone on to become an international touring act in demand at festivals and events for their ‘pure drop’ sound and line-up of respected musicians.
