Insurance broker Griffiths & Armour sign 10 year lease at Liverpool Waters

Global insurance broker Griffiths & Armour has signed a new 10-year lease on 18,000sqft of office space in No 12 at Princes Dock, Liverpool Waters.
The company, who also have offices in London, Manchester & Dublin, are currently based in Drury House on Water Street. Scheduled to complete their move by the end of Quarter 3, Griffiths & Armour will join some of the biggest names in business at Liverpool Waters with KPMG, PWC and Savills already in residence at the waterfront location.
No. 12 Princes Dock is a five-storey Grade-A office building situated directly adjacent to the River Mersey, offering stunning views across the Liverpool waterfront. Princes Dock is an established area of Liverpool Waters providing office space with a range of amenities which include leisure, hotel and residential facilities. Griffiths & Armour will occupy space on the third floor; the building is also home to Cargill, CMA CGM Shipping and Liverpool City Region Local Enterprise Partnership.
