A trio of businesses have chosen to let space at Princes Dock at Liverpool Waters. Walker Sime, Delva Patman Redler LLP and Moda Living will now all call Liverpool Waters home following agreements with the owner and developer of Liverpool Waters, Peel L&P.

Trans-Atlantic shipping line ICL Agencies UK Ltd, has extended its lease at Princes Dock, part of Peel L&P’s Liverpool Waters, through to the end of 2028, to support the organisation’s ongoing growth. ICL has occupied 6,500 sq at Princes Dock since 2013.
