King Edward Triangle full after flurry of new tenants
King Edward Triangle, a mixed-use commercial, retail and residential neighbourhood which provides a pivotal link between Liverpool Waters, Liverpool’s Central Business District and the city centre, has reached 100 per cent occupancy. Three new tenants have moved in over the summer, filling all remaining units. The thriving neighbourhood has proved popular due to its location and proximity to the transformation of the city’s northern docks and the area’s improved infrastructure and public transport links.
