Moda Living has announced that The Lexington, located at Princes Dock, will open its doors in August 2021, adding to Peel L&P’s growing neighbourhood at Liverpool Waters.
A trio of businesses have chosen to let space at Princes Dock at Liverpool Waters. Walker Sime, Delva Patman Redler LLP and Moda Living will now all call Liverpool Waters home following agreements with the owner and developer of Liverpool Waters, Peel L&P.
The Regenda Group has announced the let of 1700ft2 of commercial space at their Plaza 1821 residential development to Liverpool-based Moose Coffee. A new 70-seater restaurant will be located on the ground floor of the Group’s £21 million building, with diners able to enjoy panoramic views of the historic Princes Dock, at Peel L&P’s Liverpool Waters.
