Not many places in the world can boast a cruise terminal in the heart of the city, but here at Liverpool Waters visiting ships can berth at our iconic waterfront. Liverpool’s visitor economy has grown significantly since the cruise terminal opened in 2007 and is now worth over £4 billion and supports over 51,000 jobs.
Work is underway to develop a new £50 million cruise terminal with the option to include a 200-room hotel and multi-storey car park with 1,100 spaces, increasing the visitor economy even further.
