Everton Stadium Development Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Everton Football Club) and Peel Land and Property (Ports) Limited have formally signed an agreement for the Club to lease land at Bramley Moore Dock, Liverpool Waters.
The Store, which is now open at Princes Dock, Liverpool Waters offers a new concept; retaining the food and beverage offering of a traditional convenience store, whilst complementing this with other amenities including dry cleaning and courier services, an off licence and a florist.
The council is looking to create an “international standard”, permanent facility which would enable the city to welcome the world’s biggest cruise ships.
