Everton Stadium Development Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Everton Football Club) and Peel Land and Property (Ports) Limited have formally signed an agreement for the Club to lease land at Bramley Moore Dock, Liverpool Waters.
The Store, which is now open at Princes Dock, Liverpool Waters offers a new concept; retaining the food and beverage offering of a traditional convenience store, whilst complementing this with other amenities including dry cleaning and courier services, an off licence and a florist.
The council is looking to create an “international standard”, permanent facility which would enable the city to welcome the world’s biggest cruise ships.
A business delegation including of some of the UK’s best advanced manufacturing and innovation companies will head to China this week to boost growing bilateral trade and investment ties.
Peel Land and Property, the team behind the £5 billion Liverpool Waters regeneration scheme, hailed the importance of working with the community after winning Responsible Business of the Year at the Liverpool and Sefton Chamber of Commerce Awards.
